Sources and dates
We prefer the company’s official contact pages, published service information and other resources controlled by the company. A source link stays beside the contact so you can read the original context.
A checked date records when the cited information was reviewed. It does not mean that we called the number, tested the service or checked every detail on the company website that day. Records can have different check dates, and company information can change between reviews.
Department and region matter
Reservations, baggage, refunds, corporate offices and accessibility services may use different contacts. A general reservations line is not described as a dedicated refund hotline unless the source supports that description. A shared line may legitimately handle more than one purpose.
A toll-free label applies to the stated calling region. Mobile airtime or international charges may still apply. We do not publish invented queue lengths, availability guarantees or preferred calling times.
When information is incomplete
An unconfirmed telephone number is not replaced with the publisher’s number or an unrelated business. Where a source does not give a detail, the listing leaves it unconfirmed or directs you to the company’s online contact options.
Descriptions explain the company and how to approach its published channels. They do not establish an endorsement, partnership or authorization from that company.
Corrections and review
Use the correction option on a listing or the directory Contact page. Include the company, the detail that needs attention and an official source URL. Reports enter a private publisher inbox for review.
Reader reviews are personal accounts, separate from editorial contact facts. Moderation does not verify a transaction or guarantee that an account is accurate.
