The directory publisher is Skylena Dispatch LLC, 1300 East 9th Street, Cleveland, OH 44114, United States. Send directory questions to curbside@skylena.com and privacy requests to keeper@skylena.com.
This notice applies to directory.skylena.com and its industry subdomains. The separate service on skylena.com has its own privacy information.
Information you submit
A review contains the selected company, display name, email address, rating, title, account of the experience and experience date. We also record submission time and moderation status. The email supports moderation and duplicate checks; it is not included in the public review response.
Contact messages, correction requests and reports may contain your name, email, the relevant company or review, your message and a submission timestamp. These records are kept in the publisher’s private administration inbox. Please include only information necessary for your request.
Public information
If a review is approved, its display name, rating, title, text and review dates may be shown publicly. Do not put information in these fields that you want to keep private. Company contact records and their cited sources are also public.
Hosting, security and storage
The directory uses Cloudflare hosting and database services to serve pages and store submissions. Network and security information may be processed to deliver the service and prevent abuse. The application uses a hashed identifier for rate limiting rather than placing a raw IP address in a public review.
Readers do not need an account. An authorized publisher administrator receives a secure, HTTP-only session cookie when signing in. The session lasts up to eight hours. The directory does not install advertising-network tags, marketing analytics or advertising pixels. Cloudflare’s own security mechanisms may use necessary cookies.
Use, access and retention
We use submitted information to publish approved reviews, assess corrections, respond to directory matters and protect the service. Review emails and private messages are not intentionally published or sold for targeted advertising.
Records are retained while needed for those purposes, moderation history and applicable obligations. There is no automatic deletion date for an approved review. You can contact the publisher to request access, correction or deletion of your own information; identity checks and applicable retention requirements may affect how a request is fulfilled.
External destinations and calls
Selecting an external link takes you to another provider. Its privacy practices govern what happens there. A telephone link hands the displayed number to your device’s calling application; Skylena does not receive the contents of that call.
The directory is not directed at children. Please do not submit information about a child. Updates to this notice will be reflected on this page.
