Writing a review
Choose the company you dealt with, provide a rating from one to five, give the review a short title, and describe the experience in your own words. The date should reflect when the experience happened, not a date in the future.
Describe what worked or went wrong without threats, discriminatory language, harassment or unrelated advertising. A review can be critical. Keep it about the service and the events you can describe.
Protect personal details
Do not include payment card details, passwords, verification codes, booking references, account numbers or another person’s private contact information. Your display name and review text may become public after approval. Your moderation email is not displayed with the review.
Moderation and ratings
New submissions start in a moderation queue. They are not publicly visible until approved. The publisher may reject spam, duplicate submissions, unlawful content or material that does not follow these guidelines.
Only published reviews contribute to the displayed review count and average. A submission is not described as a verified purchase. Reviews from an external site, when linked, remain separate and follow that site’s own rules.
Corrections, reports and removal requests
If a review exposes private information, contains a factual mistake or appears to break these guidelines, report it through the directory. Identify the company, review and issue so the publisher can assess the request. Do not repeat sensitive information in a public review.
To ask about your own submission, contact curbside@skylena.com. The publisher may ask for information needed to establish that the submission is yours before making a change.
